An Exploreur selection

Stéphanie Marin focused very early on eco-design : in 1990, she turned textile recycling into a fashion trend, then in 1995 created her ready-to-wear line of “Habits Magiques”, to which she owes her success.

In 2004, she decided to extend her research into design for the home, uncompromising design combining comfort, quality and a capacity for dreams in her interpretation of practicality.
Which has a strong slant on osmosis between purpose and form… Gestures induced by use guide her through the long process of design. Relying on fully developed and highly original shapes and concepts, her projects recall the close tie between art and design, and extend from objects to ephemeral stage-setting and the design of space. She proposes an anti-conformist, playful and dreamlike universe…
