Raw concrete floor, glass, wood and steel were the only materials used. Concrete for the structure and the floors, cased in raw wooden planks and polished on the floor. Wooden doors and cupboards. Steel and glass for the facades between the structural elements.
The glazed facades without visible frames reflect and develop a feeling of permanent contact with nature.
The water features support the structure, thus giving great transparency (inspired by Jean Prouvé’s Villa Seynave) allowing great visual lightness and a spectacular cantilever.
This architecture is built on a plot of landscaped land of 2265 m2, facing south and develops 250 m2 of living space, raised on two levels, composed of :
On the ground floor, the spacious entrance hall serves the kitchen, the dining room, two very bright en-suite bedrooms, a laundry room, a pantry and a technical and storage room.
From the outside, a third bedroom for three people, with bathroom, opens onto the landscaped garden and a cozy fire place.
