54 sqm – design ALLIOT + MAUDET Architecture – Tiny house in front of the Lerins Islands
This dependency’s of a 19th century mansion enjoys an exceptional location almost with its feet in the water. Facing the Mediterranean Sea and the Lerins Islands, this pretty little house made of Esterel stone has been tastefully renovated by a duo of young architects with a sharp eye.
This tiny house develops 54 m2 with a roof terrace of more or less the same surface and has a small landscaped garden and a parking lot.
It consists of a living room/kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom and toilet.
By blurring the boundaries between night and day spaces, pleasant volumes could be envisaged. The spaces and their functions interact with each other to create a real living space. In addition, the rooftop, with a surface area equal to the living area, is planted as a watchtower and a balcony overlooking the sea.
A unique and complete house thought and rehabilitated with taste with materials of great quality.
A Tiny with a certain charm by the sea…
